We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail 1st Class. Every notebook and mug is wrapped carefully in 100% plastic-free, recyclable packaging from our cottage studio.

If your keepsake isn't quite perfect, we offer simple 14-day returns. Just pop us an email and we will arrange a friendly return or exchange.

How long does shipping take?

Yes! Pam loves custom commissions. Use the contact form above to share your ideas and we will bring them to life.

We hand-finish and dispatch orders within three business days. Royal Mail typically delivers your package within one to two days.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Where are products made?

Absolutely. We use paper tape, biodegradable fill, and cardboard boxes. No plastic wraps are used in our shipping process.
